Refund policy
Returns
Our policy for Returns lasts 15 days from the purchase date. After 15 days, we cannot offer you a refund or exchange.
To be eligible for a full Refund, your item must arrive back to the artist in its full original shipping condition. It must also be returned in the original packaging, and packaged appropriately.
Gift Cards are never returnable, or refundable.
If you are not satisfied with your purchase, please contact the artist to initiate a Return action. Leave your message at Tonyrubbaart.com in the Contact Us section.
A Partial Refund may be granted should the product not be in 100% original condition, at the time the returned item is received and inspected by the artist. The buyer will pay the Return Shipping to the artist. If the piece is received in 100% original condition, the artist will include the Return Shipping cost to the purchase price for the customer.
All Shipping is insured by the artist. Should the piece be damaged in transit, notify the artist at Tonyrubbaart.com immediately. If it is a Limited Edition Print, a new one will be sent, at no additional cost to the buyer, when the damaged Print is received by the artist. *We need the damaged piece in order to file the insurance claim for reimbursement.
Any item that is returned more than 30 days after the purchase date, cannot, and will not be refunded.
Refunds (if applicable)
Once your return is received and inspected, we will send you an email to notify you that we have received your returned item. We will also notify you of the approval or rejection of your full refund.
If you are approved for a partial or full refund, it will be processed, and a credit will automatically be applied to your credit card or original method of payment, within 10 Business days of the determination.
Late or missing refunds (if applicable)
If you haven’t received a refund yet, first check your bank account again.
Then contact your credit card company, it may take some time before your refund is officially posted.
Next contact your bank. There is often some processing time before a refund is posted.

Sale Items
Due to the increasing rates for shipping product, only regular priced items may be refunded. Sale items can only be refunded if they were damaged during initial shipment.
Shipping Costs for Returns
Should you be advised by the artist to return your product, the customer shall pay for Return Shipping. If you qualify for a refund, the cost of return shipping will be deducted from your full purchase price, and the balance will be refunded.
